Radiant Vinyasa Flow (all levels)

Straight up flow, aka vinyasa, is a whole mind~body challenge with a focus on breath, alignment, strength, flexibility and connection.  Flow helps you break old patterns and improves posture, digestion and mental clarity.  It is said the ancient practice of yoga asana creates a happier, fuller, more meaningful & balanced life, come find out for yourself!

Heated Power Flow (all levels, challenging)

Our signature flow, but done in a warm heated room for deeper rinse and detoxifying effects. Please hydrate before coming to this class. Room is approximately 85-90 degrees, so grab a towel and get ready to feel amazing. This class is particularly good if you feel tight, achy, and want to detox/cleanse.  

Radiant Rock n Flow (all levels, challenging)

Our signature vinyasa class set to rocking tunes that change every week. You can request songs by direct messaging us on Twitter or posting a request on our Facebook page. Specialty playlist sequences have included: Rock n Vinyl, David Bowie, Beyonce, Madonna, Drake, Songs you love to sing along to, 80’s rock and more! Let your hair down and come rock n flow with us every Friday night at 6pm.

Yoga Sculpt Flow (all levels, challenging for everyone)

A total body workout, Yoga Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added to the sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body.

Power Candlelight Flow (all levels, challenging)

Our signature vinyasa flow, set in a dimly lit room to candlelight in a warm room. This class is challenging but oh so romantic! Perfect friend or lover date night! You can totally hold hands in savasana.

Chill Candlelight Yin (all levels, great for beginners)

 Yin is a meditative practice, good for gaining flexibility suitable for beginners and advanced. If you feel that you are not flexible, or need to relax but yet still want to move after a long day, this is a perfect class for you. Yin is a great cross training compliment if you are an athlete.

Chill Candlelight Restorative (all levels, great for beginners)

Restorative is a meditative practice that uses blankets, bolsters aka yoga pillows, blocks and straps to support your body in nourishing shapes so you can sit back, relax and chill out. It is good for decreasing stress levels, preventing injuries and learning to wind down after a super busy day. Do you get that post work crash? Restorative is the perfect medicine to heal for your body and mind.

Yoga in the Park (all levels)

Our signature vinyasa flow, set in the park under the trees! Great way to spend your Thursday night- outdoor yoga, fresh air and savasana looking up at the sky. Location: Independence Square Park on Broadway and M street. Class will be held in studio in rain/thunder.

Beach Yoga (all levels, great for beginners)

Beach Yoga is a perfect way to start your Sunday. Enjoy the view of the bay and the morning sun while practicing yoga. This class is suitable for all levels of practice. When weather doesn’t allow for practicing on the beach, class will be held in the studio. Bring your ice coffee for added delight!

Meditation (all levels, great for beginners)

A small group class that provides instruction mixed in with shorter guided meditation practices that use breath, mantra and visulization. You will learn different tools to help reduce the monkey mind we become so accustomed to experiencing in daily life. Studies prove that people who learn to meditate self report they are happier and calmer when they practice meditation regularly.

Community Class (all levels, great for beginners)

These classes are taught by newly certified radiantly talented yoga teachers. They teach in pairs, so you always have an assistant to help you as well as the teacher.
