Policies

Reserving Classes Online:
We encourage you to reserve your favorite classes online, it makes your check in process smoother and saves your spot. While many of our classes have plenty of room, we have a few popular classes that do fill up quick, especially beach yoga!  So, please early cancel your class if you know you will not be attending, that way you won’t have to pay for a class you didn’t take and you’ll give another deserving yogi your spot.  You can cancel up to 24 hours before the class start time.

Class Pass Policies: 

Class Passes and Memberships are non-transferrable and may not be shared. Auto-renew memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment and can be put on hold after 2 months if you need to "pause" your membership. A membership freeze is allowed once per calendar year for up to 3 months. Auto-renew cancellations are granted with a 30-day notice, in writing, via e-mail here. Non-payment will result in a suspension on the account and missed days will not be pro-rated or credited. There are no exceptions or extensions to this contract. Our policy is firm. Requests sent for exceptions of any kind will only generate a response to kindly remind you of the policy read here. Thank you :)

The New Student Trial is for FIRST TIME AKA NEW CLIENTS ONLY. We offer this pass to give you a chance to get know us and check out as many classes and teachers as you want. Class cards, monthly passes, and new student trials cannot be used for workshops or other special events. This policy is firm.

Class Admittance: 
Students arriving 5 minutes after the scheduled time will not be admitted. Most students arrive early or on time, and our classes start promptly as scheduled.

Late Cancels:
If you cancel a class with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $5. This happens automatically.

Workshops, retreats, and special events policy: 
Workshop purchases are non-refundable. Retreat bookings are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel for any reason you have two options: you may transfer the purchase to another individual up to two weeks prior to the event. If it is less than two weeks before the workshop, we apologize but we are unable to issue you a refund. If you receive a credit for a retreat or special event it must be applied to another similar retreat or event. Account credit excludes retail and membership contracts. No other refunds or credits are available under any circumstances. Once the event has commenced, no refunds or credits will be given. This policy is firm.

Private sessions and bodywork:
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so in writing 48 hours before the appointment time and there will be no penalty fee. If we are not notified, we do not have the chance to offer that slot to another student or client and it will be considered a late cancel, charged in full. Please email us here if you need to cancel. Private packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is firm.

Teacher trainings and continuing education policy:

Teacher Trainings, Teacher Training Modules and Mentorship Purchases are non-refundable. If you must withdraw from a Teacher Training and a replacement can be found, an account credit valid for one year will be given minus your $500 deposit. For teacher training modules a $75.00 administrative fee will be retained and a credit will be issued if you write to us 2 weeks prior to the start date. If a replacement cannot be found, no refund or credit will be given. Once the event has commenced, no refunds or credits will be given. This policy is firm.

Administrative Fees: 
Radiant Yoga Boston reserves the right to apply administrative and processing fees to any special requests, refunds or exchanges.
