What’s special

Chanel and Nikki are dynamic duos. Chanel is a yoga and well-being teacher with over 20 years of experience as a full time yoga teacher. Nikki is an educator with over a decade of education and seven years teaching yoga. They are focused on social justice, body liberation, and cultivating inclusive environments for all humans and all bodies. Learn to claim your right to rest, engage in community dialogue, and develop your restful home practice with an intersectional lens.

  • There is no such thing at being good at yoga in my world!! I am here to teach you how to practice self-care and radical rest, which I know you need.

The only requirement to attend this day long retreat is a willingness to learn. Especially to learn how systems of oppression keep us from achieving our true potential, how diet culture holds us back from body acceptance, and how to align your yoga practice with social and restorative justice.

  • Two hours

  • You will connect with like minded people

Be supported with lots of one-on-one instruction along the way

    You will rest

You can ask questions and learn voice is important and none of your questions are silly

    You will be celebrated

  • We seek to understand how sexism, racism, and other forms of oppression get internalized in our bodies and how to use the practice of yoga to help you heal.
